Abinulish is a natlang that exists in an alternate history in which British Colonialism never happened, and while settlers did come over to the Americas, they didn't...well brutually murder them, this language takes influences from the main languages spoken in the area the US is located in, those languages being Inuktitut, Abenaki and as well, English. This is also a history in which the French never came over into Canada, this is because they one: never made it over and, two: I'd rather not have the French language exist in this for my sake!
The language formed through generations of three coexisting languages being near eachother, and thus, forming into one that is often spoken as a language that connects the others together. However, it is not taught as a primary language in schools, due to it being taught through family more than the school system.

Abinulish uses only four vowels, that being, e ; a ; i and o. As well as a long e and a long i.
The reason I'm not making a seperate chart is because I have no idea how to format it so it shows up next to the consonants, rather than directly below it, so you get a placeholder image on the left instead!
Abinulish is a VSO word order language in which adjectives precede objects, it is synthetic in nature and is reliant on morphemes and verbs, it has no gender and the has two class marking systems, that being inanimate and animate words. However, the morphemes don’t get completely out of control, unlike it’s source language and the words, while sometimes long, aren’t sentence length.
